Our trip to Costa Rica was unbelievable. The country has something to offer everybody. Whether it be the rain forest, volcanoes or beach. We are a beach family and the beach at our hotel, The Flamingo, was awesome. The sand was white, the beach clean and the waves huge almost too big to body surf on some days. The resort was clean and the staff very friendly. There is only one restaurant but the meals were good and we always found something different to eat at dinner. We did eat at two local restaurants, one that was just outside the resort. called Marie's. The food very great and the prices at the restaurants were remarkably inexpensive and worth the trip. We went on two half day trips. One was white water rafting on the Colorado river and the other was a must do canopy tour. Our kids ( 11, 14, and 16 yrs) thought this was the best trip we have taken and I have to agree. You can't beat the weather and although the Pacific isn't the crystal clear blue of the Caribbean it was more fun. I could go on about how fantastic our trip was but I must comment on the personal service we received from Karyn. Yes she got us there but she also called us our first night and I'm sure was influential in resolving a room problem ( our room was not adjoined to our kids room) and also stopped by the resort to see it for herself. It was a pleasure to do business with her! Thanks Karyn.

"13 nights in Costa Rica and 11 of those nights are all inclusive and the other two are at a 5 star hotel woo hoo I couldn't be happier right now. I know a lot of you have been asking about travel agents lately. We were initially planning on booking ourselves, but I had met a travel agent at one of the bridal shows. Well I talked to her for awhile and told her she was more than welcome to get us some pricing and we'd take a look. It turns out it was a very good think I picked up her call!!! She is getting us pretty much the same pricing if not better than we could have done ourselves online, probably better because the 2 non inclusive nights are at a really nice 5 star hotel. She is available 24 hrs a day while we're gone in case anything goes wrong. She also has someone on the ground in Costa Rica to help with any problems that may arise. She also can book Tours, and does Honeymoon Registries. For those interested Her name is Karyn from Imagine Tours."

"The vacation was amazing! Without hesitation, we would recommend Hotel Kioro! Hands down the nicest place we've ever been to. From what we heard from the locals, Hotel Kioro is the best resort to stay at in that area and we agree! Accommodations, staff, and grounds, everything was great. The excursions were AWESOME! The horseback riding was fun, safe, and beautiful - a great way to see the countryside. The zip-line was the coolest thing we've ever done. Also very safe, the guides were pleasant and fun. The vacation was GREAT!! We would definitely recommend Costa Rica - the volcano is a MUST SEE. The Tour company did a great job, all of our transfers were private. Thanks for all your help."

The trip thus far has been great. Jacamar tours have been absolutely fantastic - the tours have all been great and the tour guides (Giovanni, Roberto and Andre) very friendly and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend and use them again. We were spoiled with the private tours (thank you so much Christian!!!!!)The hotel has been great (Montana de Fuego) - the people very friendly and the accommodations very clean and beautiful from both the suite and the grounds. Ah - the BEST restaurant in La Fortuna - Nene´s, which is off the main drag. Its more of a local place, but Jimmy (the bartender) and Herman (one of the waiters) were great and the food was absolutely to die for - if you are here in this area, try them and try the garlic sea bass. Okay - need to get ready to check out, but just wanted to check in ;) it was just wonderful and we look forward to working with you more in the future (I'm already working on Bill about Eygpt, etc.) :)

When we were able to get through to you, two days after the storm passed, not only had you started to figuring out how and when we could get home, you had already called family members so that they would know we were OK! Even more amazing was when you helped our friends from Ohio, so that they too could get home, AND kept in contact with their family. I'm sure Jose will remember you calling his home in Mexico, after finding a Spanish translator to give him information for us and others. "I can't say enough good things about the services that Karyn provided to my fiancé and I in planning our honeymoon. We wanted to get to Italy so badly but thought it was way out of our price range...but Karyn was able to put together an incredible package that we could afford Before our trip, Karyn would send me advice as it came to her (i.e.: bring a scarf to the Vatican to cover my head, etc.) and was available day and night to answer my vacation questions. Her influence came in the most handy in Rome. In Venice we received a notice that our Rome hotel had overbooked itself and we were being put up instead at a much nicer (and much more expensive) hotel that would be covered at the price of the original hotel. The hotel was incredible and would have been WAY out of our price range had we originally booked it We wanted to stay another night (Karyn had warned us that we would want to, but I didn't listen to her!!) so we contacted Karyn from Rome and she quickly gathered pricing on flight changes, room prices, transfer arrangements, I will never book another vacation without Karyn, I only wish I had found her sooner!"

"My new husband and I spent 7 wonderful days during the month of May at this amazing resort. After reading a lot of reviews online I had no idea what to expect, but all that was completely wiped away when we got there. I can honestly say we

were in paradise and it was apparent immediately.When we got there we walked into and amazing lobby where champagne was served to us. We were then brought to our rooms via a golf cart which was really nice because our driver showed us around the resort and gave us an idea on how things worked. When we walked into our room I was more than happy. It was so clean and the set-up was gorgeous. We had a bottle of champagne waiting for at our Jacuzzi. We also had a patio off our room that included a hammock and some chairs which we used some mornings to have breakfast and relax. We just want to thank Karyn for all she did for us.
